Tracey Adam is the company Director of Adam Strata Audit.

Tracey is a Registered Company Auditor (Registration No. 413807), a member of CPA Australia, and holds a Public Practice Certificate.

Tracey has built an extensive career in audit, specialising in the not-for-profit and body corporate/strata sectors. Her professional experience includes more than 12 years in audit and consultancy roles with PwC in the United Kingdom, followed by 15 years as an Audit Partner with Dickfos Dunn Adam Audit and Assurance on the Gold Coast.

On 1 April 2026, Tracey established Adam Strata Audit, enabling her to focus exclusively on providing audit and consultancy services to the body corporate and strata industry across Australia.

As a highly experienced body corporate auditor and consultant, Tracey is dedicated to delivering independent, practical, and value-driven services to bodies corporate in every Australian state and territory.

Her collaborative approach involves working closely with committees, body corporate managers, and owners to strengthen financial systems, enhance governance practices, and provide clear, objective advice that promotes financial accountability and ensures compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
